CONDITIONS
All sales of goods supplied are subject to these conditions and no other conditions shall apply.

PRICES
Prices quoted are subject to revision in the event of any increase in costs incurred by BES Toys between the date of acceptance of order and the date of delivery. All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

DELIVERY
Delivery dates quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed and BES Toys shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any consequence thereof. Delivery can only be made to mainland UK address. Should you wish to order outside the UK, please email us to: support@behaviouralsolutions.com

DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS
Claims for damaged in transit must be notified to BES Toys within 3 days of receipt of goods. Non delivery of goods must be notified to BES Toys within 14 days from date of invoice. Return of faulty goods must be made within 28 days of delivery.

RETURNED GOODS
Products may only be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation, obtainable from our team of sales advisors. Without this number no return will be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENT
By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. The seller's acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt of payment, the ability of the seller to provide the product and there being no error or innocent misrepresentation by either party. If for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment will be fully refunded.

LIABILITY
BES toys warrants that all goods supplied shall be of suitable quality and free of defects of material or workmanship and will replace or at its option repair all such faulty goods notified to it within twenty eight days of delivery. All other warranties conditions guarantees or representations express or implied are excluded and BES Toys (apart from its liability to replace or repair faulty goods in accordance with these terms) shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever consequential or otherwise due to or caused by any defects or deficiencies in or by the use of goods supplied (other than liability for death or bodily injury caused by the negligence of BES toys).

The buyer acknowledges that the seller may retain and use the buyer's details provided with this order. The seller confirms that it will not pass these details to other parties without the buyer's consent, except to the extent required to perform this contract.

Any sales or service is subject to English law and the sole jurisdiction of the English courts
